Carmelita Alvares, Founder of Healing & Coaching is a Personal Performance Coach, Reiki (Usui Levels 1 & 2) and Spiritual Healer. She has had many years experience of helping people achieve their full potential as well as helping people who suffer from a mental illness through the most difficult phases in their lives. Through this experience and her vast HR experience working in different organisations (Private sector, Public sector and Charities) as well as a Masters in HR Management she has developed a passion to lead people from their negative based thinking of focusing on what they don't want and inspire and motivate them to start living more fulfilling lives based on what they do truly want.
